Bought new from Canadian Tire in November of 2022. Selling because I don't take it out as much as I thought I would. Been out shooting gophers with it no more than 10 times, other than that has been in my safe. Comes with leather Browning sling, irons gun originally came with, a trigger lock, a soft case, nearly full box of .22s as well as a 3-9x40 Sunoptics scope. Perfect condition, not a scratch on it. Located in City of Cranbrook.
