Swedish M96 Mauser bolt action military rifle chambered in 6.5 x 55. Action is marked with the Carl Gustaf Crown, and maker marked Carl Gustafs Stad Gevarsfaktori and dated 1921. Bolt, action, and steel butt plate have matching numbers, with non-matching numbers to the floor plate, barrel band, and nose cap. Issue steel cleaning rod in place as is the brass sighting disc. The bore is very good with clean, deep rifling. Some handling marks to the wood. Barrel and action retain almost all of the original blued finish.
