German Kar 98K made in 1944, "C. E." indicates that it is made by J. P. Sauer and Sohn. It is non-matching probably Russian capture, the stock and flat buttplate instead of cup buttplate indiactes that they were used for earlier Kar 98K but end up on the 1944 gun, which might happened during the Russian refurbish process after WWII.
The rifle is in an excellent condition. Functions well and no mechanical issue, I put ~ 100 rounds through it, very accurate rifle as you can see the bore is in good shape.
