NVM14 Night Vision Monocular, green phosphor epm221 (Russian Gen2+), the housing is in OK condition, and the tube has "cloud" but is still functioning.

Comes with a hard case, BB protector (proprietary one), J-arm, and lens cover. You don't have to find more accessories for it.

It is not as good as Echo or NNVT but a good beginner's unit.
