Leupold VX-2 2-7x33 rifle scope : VX2 VX 2

Glass is in excellent condition, easily 9.5/10 or better. Body is in excellent used condition at 9/10 with only the faintest hint of ring marks and a tiny (and I mean tiny) spec of paint chipped from the rim of the ocular housing.

There’s a tiny spec of dust or fabrication debris that protrudes slightly into the circular field of view near the bottom crosshair post. It's maybe 2mm in size. It generally goes unnoticed and does not affect function in any manner. In fact it's so small that I probably don't need to mention it, but in the interest of full disclosure... See last photo, just to the left of the bottom reticle post where it touches the edge of the circular field of view.

Overall this scope is in excellent, lightly-used condition. Model number 110794 with the Duplex reticle and matte finish. Manufactured in 2017.

Compared to Leupold’s VX-1 scopes, the VX-2’s have better light transmission thanks to more advanced lens coatings, which are also more durable. This advantage is most evident in twilight when you can see a little better for a little longer. The VX-2 also features a quick-adjust friction eye piece, plus nicer (more tactile) finger adjustable turrets. It’s the little things, like edge blackened lenses, that make the VX-2 a more refined optic that a serious shooter and hunter can appreciate.
