As per the title, this uncommon bayonet has the hooked quillon, which was often removed.
Made by Lithgow and marked 1915. There are numbers on the quillon, most likely regimental, as well as a stamped set on the socket. Blade had been sharpened, most likely in field.
Sheath is in good condition but any reference to “Mangrovite” is absent, other than possibly “MA” on the metal tip.
