Ross 1905R factory sporter .303

Factory made sporter rifle designed off the military version ross. Marketed to sport shooters. 

Was given to me many years ago and has never left my safe, looking to make room for new stuff. I dont know if it fires but its complete and appears to functions.

Some scratched to the breech face causing the bolt to catch. Could probably be filed out carefully?
