Wanted: knife sharpening service

hi! i got myself an SRK-C but it came with a dull, misaligned edge. I cannot for the life of me sharpen it to a shaving point, maybe it was poorly heat treated? I've sharpened everything else in my set to be a razor edge, including some KABAR's and higher end kitchen knives, but this has best me. 

Anyway, looking for someone more experienced to help me out.
