Eloi Pernet 1868 Napolean III 5Franc Silver Coin Knife

This knife is made from an 1868  French Napolean III 5Franc Silver(.90) coins By Eloi Pernet of France.  A very unique pocket accessory or Cigar tool.

1868---mirror polished SS blade, nail file, and folding scissors (missing spring for scissor handle)
Strong springs with nice snap on open and close. Both blades stamped with maker mark.
Has a couple of small dents on bottom of dated side of coin but overall shape is very good. 
Normal patina on coin. Not sure when last cleaned. Not sure of age. ($150)
