Antique 1863 Presentation Japanese Katana

This is a long and heavy Japanese katana. 42 inches long. It sheathes well. The scabbard has some marks but otherwise everything is in very good condition. The blade's tang is engraved and translated as:
Ryuginsai Hirotsuna, In His 70th Year, For Yoshiuyuki, August 1863
The blade is in nice condition and is very sharp. It doesn't have any rust spots and is difficult to photograph because it has a mirror-like surface. I couldn't find much information about Hirotsuna online but the Nikkei Museum has a similar sword:
