SAVAGE 12 HEAVY BARREL, SMALL SHANK, CHAMBERED IN 6.5-284

Howdy, I have a near new Savage 12 heavy barrel with 27 rounds fired through it.

I had the gunsmith re-thread the tenon to fit Savage small shank receivers.  It will also fit many custom receivers such as Pristine and Ultimatum.  I had the barrel threaded on an Ultimatum Deadline action for the 27 rounds fired.  I have another barrel in a different chambering  for the deadline so selling this barrel.

The barrel is in excellent condition, 30 inches long and just 6 thou. under 1" at the muzzle at 0.994".  Crown and chamber are pristine.

I also have a barrel nut available and sizing/seating dies for 6.5-284
