Small ring Mauser 308 barrel

Small ring mauser 308 barrel, medium profile. Like new, was machined from the blank, installed and chambered for my Swedish M96 action. Needs paint or blueing. Length is 23.5". I only fired a few rounds through it with success, but decided not to keep the setup, as I read that the milsurp small ring actions are not the best candidates for the 308 chambering - locking lugs are not as strong as those in M98 - the 308 creates higher pressures than the 6.5x55. The ideal candidates for this barrel would be the strong Husqvarna / HVA 1600 series actions. There are many of those around in 30-06 or 8mm that can be rebarreled for lesser recoil.
