Selling my old oryx chassis that was used in Howa 1500 (7.62x39). https://mdttac.com/ca/oryx-chassis-system
Comes with a straight grip (original is gone) https://mdttac.com/ca/mdt-vertical-grip-premier
Sling/bipod swivel https://mdttac.com/ca/sling-swivel-stud
I also have two mags 50$ each,
10 round mags (I don't see them online anymore. Those don't cycle well the first few rounds, need adjustments, never did it fully as I moved on to a different rifle now.
600$ for the whole package, or 500 just for the stock as is,
I've used this stock for years, it works well, reducing the recoil, and really helping with the wrist fatigue (I shoot for 4 hours straight so its a big deal).
Before you buy--------
The chassis is heavy, it will essentially double your weight, reducing the recoil but don't expect to run around a ton with this, its a bench shooter build.
You have to remove the chassis to clean the bore, its annoying, but you will be otherwise bending that cleaning rod a tiny bit when cleaning, and that can risk messing up your bore. Just undo two bolts and clean it as normal (45-55 in/lb torque on both).
You MUST use the MDT rail, or use super high rings, or the scope will be way too low to shoot comfortably. Get it at Gotenda.
This chassis is for Howa 1500 MINIACTION, thats 7.62x39 or 223. If you have a 308 or something else it will NOT fit, double check before you buy.
I will only accept trades in surplus 54R, cash and ammo, or just ammo if you have this many. I'll accept 60c per round as a trade in value.
