Ruger 10/22 FDM Printed Ultralight Chassis/Stock - V1.1 Updates

These are printed out of a super tough/rigid glass fiber reinforced polyethylene terephthalate (PET). This material has a great feel, exceptional layer adhesion and heat resistance up to 130C. It's significantly more rigid/tough than other basic 3D printing materials. Weight: ~300grams

The chassis should fit all factory Ruger 10/22 barreled actions and trigger groups. I'm thinking most of the aftermarket ones should fit as well, but I don't have an example of everything on hand to confirm (Update: Customers have confirmed DLASK Tuf-22 receivers as well as SBI receivers fit). It will handle up to a .920 bull barrel, which will be fully free floated. MLOK slots are in spec and work as they should.

I'm targeting aluminum chassis features at a polymer stock price to try and bring reasonable pricing back to our plinkers!

10" - 12.5" Barrel will protrude ~1"

7.5" - 10" Barrel will protrude ~1"

5.5" - 8" Barrel will protrude ~1"

Not included: Barreled action, pistol grip, buffer tube, castle nut, Magpul stock, sling, light and MLOK accessories which are shown for demonstration purposes only. 

Some notes on the photos: The black chassis in these photos represents the final version - please reference that chassis for print quality and final cosmetic design. The others are shown for colour reference and have cosmetic differences and/or minor print quality issues, which won't be present on the finished version. The handguard itself is 10" long and attaches roughly 1.5" in front of the chamber opening. The barrel pictured is 16".

• Addition of socket at the rear of the action to accept Magpul Type 1 or Type 2 sling mount kits
