Fuel consists of a 75% diesel and 25% gasoline mixture. Oil may be added to increase thickness and improve range.

The propellant is CO₂, supplied by a 20 oz CO₂ tank commonly used for paintball. Replacement tanks and accessories are readily available at Canadian Tire.

Ignition is provided by a propane torch mounted at the nozzle, with the propane tank secured to the backpack assembly.

The sale includes everything shown on the unit pictured. The flamethrower is sold with an empty CO₂ tank unless purchased locally, in which case I can fill it. CO₂ refills are also available at Canadian Tire or welding supply shops. Propane is not included.
