Vintage U.S. Navy USN Flare / Signal Pistol Kit + Ontario Survival Knife + Original Signals

Vintage U.S. Navy military signaling / survival kit offered as a complete collector’s set.

The kit includes a vintage USN flare / signal pistol, clearly marked “USN” on the grip and 242692-A-2 on the mechanism. The pistol is in very nice overall condition with an attractive original military appearance.

Also included is an Ontario military survival knife dated 2-80, complete with its leather sheath. The knife shows honest military/storage wear and has a great period look.

The set also comes with a vintage military signal container marked:

“5 SIGNALS ILLUMINATION GROUND – 10 GAUGE – SINGLE STAR RED C4”

along with the five period signal cartridges shown in the photos and the original-style black carrying pouch/case.

A very interesting U.S. military aviation/naval survival and signaling display, with several complementary pieces from the same general Cold War-era collecting theme. Great addition for a militaria, survival equipment, flare gun or U.S. military collection.
