Eureka Bulldog, Rare, 44

Very rare Model Eureka Bulldog manufactured by Lambin & Theate in Belgium prior to 1893 as it has the pre 1893 ELG proofmark. 44 caliber, 2.5" barrel, 5 shot. 44 Russian brass fits in cylinder excellent, headspace is tight so rim needs to be filed to cycle well. Frame has beautiful original engraving. Half and full cock work well. Single and double action work good. Timing is good, lockup has slight movement. Original grips in very nice shape with no cracks. Original finish retains conservative 80%, there is finish loss in forcing cone area. Bore and cylinder walls rate good for the vintage. Very unique/rare bulldog variant not often seen, especially with the great engraving! Antique status in Canada, no PAL required to purchase or own.
