Swift Model B Training Rifle

Howdy Gunpost! I picked up a really unique piece a while back and am now looking to sell it.

This is a Swift Model B Trainer that was mainly sold to the Royal Air Force back in WWII. It shoots out a dual pronged needle into a special paper target.

Overall the "rifle" is in very good condition. There was a small hairline crack at the wrist that was properly repaired (not like this thing has to withstand recoil forces anyways). The condition of the wood is very good and has an attractive wood grain to it. The action is functional and shoots out the retracting needles without issue. The stock "shoulder safety" that requires you to press it into your shoulder works as intended and has the little retaining pin that will keep it pressed in for storage. The safety does lock the bolt shut but the trigger can still be pulled however. The needles are intact too which is a bit of a rarity on these things.

The trainer is located in Calgary AB for pickup or I can ship it nationwide on the buyer's dime.

No PAL is required for this item as it is not a firearm.

Ian McCollum of Forgotten Weapons did a good little video on one of these.
