This is a 1950 FN Mauser produced originally in 30-06 for the Belgian Army. Properly designated as the Mle 50 due to the 1950-1952 production dates.
This one shows well for its age. There is a royal stamp that indicates that this is a 1950 issue.
The bore is good, the full military wood shows the usual life of a military weapon.
Visible s/n match, bolt, action & fore stock. At some point the front sight was replaced as shown. The original cleaning rod is included.
I did a bit of research and here's what I found.
The FN Model 1930 series (aka Mle 50) is also a line based on the Mauser Gewehr 98 pattern rifles that have the standard length (223mm/ 8.8 in.) action. They feature open sights, 7.65x53mm, 7x57mm, 8×57mm IS, .30-06 Springfield or 7.62x51 NATO chambering, Long rifle, Short Rifle and carbine-length barrels, hardwood stocks, and straight or curved bolt handles. After the war, for the Belgian Army, the Belgian Navy received some .30-06 new-production Mle 1930 (aka Mle 50) carbines. Rather than bluing of metal parts, the army version were black painted while the navy version were finished in white paint.
