This is a Winchester 1895 30:40 krag. Based on the serial number, it was made in 1903. It is the US army musket based on US stamping on the barrel. My dad got it from his friend which used to be his dad's. When he brought it home for me, we took it out shooting, and it shoots great. I cleaned it really really good and there's tons of rifling left. Serial number is 39866 as you can kind of see in one of the pictures. Coming off gunpost on oct 3
