Offered here is a rare and highly collectible Breda M1 Garand, chambered in 7.62×51mm NATO (.308). Manufactured in Italy after WWII under official U.S. license, the receiver bears the correct marking: “BREDA MECCANICA ROMANA.”
This example is a Tipo 2 NATO conversion, meaning it retains the classic M1 Garand action but was factory-modified for use with the NATO cartridge.
