Picked this guy out a few years back because it was a great deal and an imperialist Hex receiver mosin, it was my first Russian bolt gun and i kinda just wanted it because im a history nerd. But other projects require funding so out the door it goes. I have personally put about 40 rounds through this gun, im not sure what the previous owner did but the rifling is borderline spotless, no corrosion pits, and sharp grooves. there basically isn't a single metal part on this rifle that you can find abuse on.
All mechanical components except the magazine plate are serial matched to the receiver, the stock is not serial matched but doesn't have any cracks or problems.
personally this is the smoothest military issue Mosin I have ever fired, only being beat out by some polish parade specific ones.
Open to any offers, but looking for around 950$ however price can be flexible
