Not your ordinary M96 Mauser. Built in 1916 at the Sweeden Gevars Faktori then refitted at that same factory in 1964 ( proof stamped ) as the target model. Outfitted with a new heavy barrel in Chrome Moly steel. See rifling pic taken yesterday on my teslong bore scope , attached . The wood on this rifle has not a mark or ding that I can see. The action and bolt are like new. I think this rifle will shoot very small groups to 500 yards. Note the very sophisicated micrometer rear sight and hooded front with selectable sight plates ( one included but I believe there are 5 available. Shipping will be on buyer and PAL required.
