Here is a good condition Henry Martini Artillery Carbine used by New Zealand troops. Built in 1900 and chambered in 303 British. It is DP marked but most of the case they just stamp DP on out dated weapons to request newer rifles. Both wood and metal are in good to great condition for its age. No crack or large chip I can see on the wood. Metal parts still covered by blue finish or light patina. No live rust or heavy pitting. Action works well. Both front and rear sights are in good origin condition. Stock cartouches are clear visible. Bore is a bit dark due to black powder ammo but still strong rifling. I haven’t shot it myself but previous owner told me he used to shot with reloaded black powder ammo. Please notice it’s not proofed for modern smokeless cartridges so no hunting ammo are not safe in this rifle. Black powder or low pressure reloaded ammo are recommended. A very unique uncommon rifle you can find in the market. Asking $1300, shipping on buyer if needed.
