This is an early 1928 made Finnish M27 Mosin rifle built by Tikka. M27 is the first Finnish designed configuration of Mosin Nagant rifle although reused a lot of Russian Mosin parts, produced started from 1927. Receiver and bolt matching. Wood in excellent shape except crack on handguard, minor handling marks. Metal in great shape with no rust or pitting. Blue finish also in very good condition. Comes with origin leather sling attachment. Cartouche clear on the buttstock. “D” marked barrel. I haven’t shot it myself but it cycles very well. Bore is excellent with sharp, clean rifling, not counter bored. See Flicker album for details. Great historical piece of Winter war during WWII. Asking $1900, shipping on buyer if needed.
