Hey folks, I picked up this Browning Xbolt Max Longrange 6.8 Western a few months ago with the intentions of getting into long range shooting/hunting. I still have those intentions, but unfortunately I don't use the gun like I thought and would like to pass it along to someone who will use it. It's a beautiful gun in 9 out of 10 condition. There is a few paint flecks on the bolt from being in a too small case, but other than that, it's impeccable. It's a great caliber, capable of higher accuracy than I can achieve.
I am looking to sell the bare gun at this point, I want to keep the scope for future use. Here's what you'll get.
A Browning Xbolt Max Longrange rifle chambered in 6.8 Western. I put in a McCarbo trigger spring, which reduces the trigger pull by half, which was the thing I liked least about this gun.
2 clips, worth about 80 bucks each.
75 rounds of Winchester Copper Impact 162 grn.
14 rounds of Winchester Accubond 165 grn.
71 empty casings.
The box with the Recoil Hawg muzzle break, a thread protector, stock spacers, and an flexible action lock.
Do some research into this gun/caliber. It's a new round that has a lot of potential.
