Brand new in box unfired. Tube magazine, likely to avoid "unwanted lists" in the future as it's a very traditional style semi-auto.
Very nice quality wood furniture, no polymer cheapie stock. This is the MEXSAR built version of the swiss Hammerli 22SA and is said to be similar as far as quality and accuracy wise.
Irons sights are built in with nice contrasting fiber optic inlays. Can accommodate a scope rail via dovetail. Very nice blueing, plated bolt, rubber buttpad.
