Someone started to convert this for a magnum caliber of some kind but never finished it. Receiver, magazine and mag platform have been modified as shown. Bolt feels a bit stiff to raise, but it is dry. Serial numbers are obscured for the buyer's privacy but are guaranteed original and matching Winchester.
