Here is a beautiful Tikka M65 Deluxe that is excellent shape with beautifully figured wood-no dings or dents anywhere.It was restored by the late Lew Bates. Checkering was re-cut so it is sharp and crisp. Clip and bottom metal was re-blued to look like new,brand new Pachmayr recoil pad was also fit and installed professionally by Lew. What I love about M65 tikkas is the clip on Magnums holds 4 shells.Bolts has the large bolt knob(few marks in the large knob)-bolt was also jewelled-really nice. Rosewood end cap and butt on pistol grip-palm swell in the grip as always on older Tikka rifles. Doing these restorations isn't cheap-but these rifles are well worth having it done.
