This Parker is a nice example from the best North American shotgun manufacturer. I inherited it about 60 years ago and did not hunt with it. I have priced it for a quick sale. Compare it with the Parker prices on Firearms International.
This is a VHE grade ejector gun, frame size 1, with 30 inch barrels choked modified and full. It is chambered for 2 3/4" shells. The serial number is 157xxx and was manufactured in 1911.
The action is tight and the blueing is good. The wood has a minor handling mark on the right side and there are some dings on the bottom of the action as shown in the photos. The screws heads are very good. The safety is in the fire position and could require a gunsmith's attention to be used as a hunting shotgun. I did not try to force the safety.
It comes with a leg of mutton case which is in worn condition.
