For sale is a treasured piece of mine, which is a Sulun Arms SR-45. 

It is chambered in 3 calibers as mentioned in the title: 45 LC, 410 GA and 45 ACP that can be shot with included moon clips.Light enough to be gripped single-handed but is also very comfortable to shoulder. 
 

Never shot and have only tested with snap caps 

Comes with 4 moonclips(2 included & 2 extra ordered), top pic rail and the original box.

It has no choke as the barrel is rifled, though I doubt you will be shooting much 410 with it, right? 

Great option for a range toy OR a backpack gun.
