Original winchester 1901 (1887 smokeless)

Original winchester 1901, these are an extremely rare production of the winchester 1887 by John Moses browning which he adapted for smokeless powder. 

About 65 000 1887's were produced compared to 13 500 1901's. All matching and in gorgeous condition, all parts are as they should with the exception of the mainspring. Broken mainspring comes with the gun, you could try welding it back together, or you can either use a mainspring from Taylor co.'s winchester 1887 reproduction as a spare part order, or give the broken mainspring to a gunsmith and ask him to make a new one using the original as a guide.
