These new condition Canadian Forces 3-Season combat jackets are made from an abrasion-resistant durable cotton-nylon blend combat fabric, designed to be breathable yet tough enough for field use.

Woven as a heavy duty twill fabric they are water and wind resistant. Breathable for spring, summer, and fall. Much more durable than pure cotton or polyester. Comfortable for extended wear. Quiet fabric (important for military/hunting use vs. noisy nylon). 

They won't stop bullets but they are tough!
