Yugo Zrak RD 7x40 binoculars

Zrak RD7x40 military binos Made under license a copy of the Zeiss  NVA binos.These have a reticle.These I believe were serviced recently as they are very clear.The Tritium has long since died,so the reticle doesn’t glow at night,The built in IR detection screen  does work.When charged by sunlight it will detect IR sources at night.Hard to find Yugoslavian eastern bloc military binos.
