S&K 1903 No Drill Scout Mount

S&K no drill scout mount for Springfield 1903. Compatible with picatinny or weaver bases. Came with a rifle I bought and I don’t have a need for it. Previous owner said he used it at the range a couple times. I can’t see a mark on it anywhere. Retails new for $80 USD, asking $40 plus $20 shipping.
