Steel Model 70 1 inch rings

Steel Model 70 rings and bases. Unsure of brand, came on the rifle but I am mounting a rail so no need for these. Missing one screw for the rear base.  a half inch from the base to the bottom of the ring. Only marking is an "R" on the front base and 70 on both on the bottom.
