Deltoid soft body armor shoulder pads- NIJ Level IIIA, velcro carrier attachment, mulitcam, manufactured June 2021, (LOF Defence Systems)

Plate carrier- Believe to be Condor brand. Cheaper carrier but still works well for what it is, comfortable fit. Shoulder pads attach to it with the velcro tabs. Comes with 2 1/2"x3" IR Canadian flag. Velcro and Molle attachments both front and back.
