Kevlar CVC shell with harness and padding

Bought to build out as a cheaper ballistic high cut but I need the money for other things at the moment. Harness/padding kit is an Ali Express special but seems sturdy/well built. All you need to complete the build are arc rails and an NVG mount if you want. Paint is chipped/cracked but no structural damage to the helmet itself. I can provide more pictures upon request.
