x39 spam can leduc county

I have an issue.  
I sold my sks awhile back. I recently found this in the locker. I am sure that it is chinese. I dont know if it is the 550 stripper, 660 paper wrap or 720 loose. I have not opened it in case a buyer wants it left this way.

Zero markings of any sort on it.
