8mm x 50R "LEBEL", 24-round Strip, first used in WW1!  First Smokeless Cartridge!  Introduced in France in 1886.

They were used in LEBEL Model 1886 Rifles, "Berthier" Rifles & Carbines, and others.

Also used in "HOTCHKISS" M 1914 Machine Gun, and others.  *Extensive History and Stats on Google, etc.

Both Ammo & Strip are in very good cond.  Headstamp reads:  SF - I,  4 - 48.
