Up for sale is an original Cold War Swiss Model 1957 (M57) bayonet and scabbard, designed for the Sturmgewehr 57 (Stgw 57 / SIG SG 510) rifle.

 Variant: Swiss Model 1957 (M57)

 Blade: Double-edged dagger-style blade with fullers on both sides. Clean factory finish with original edge geometry and a sharp tip.

 Maker & Markings: Obverse ricasso stamped with the W mark over serial number 344616 (manufactured by Wenger). Reverse ricasso stamped with the FW+ emblem inside a circle (Eidgenössische Waffenfabrik Bern inspection/assembly mark).

 Grip & Guard: Black ribbed synthetic grip in excellent shape; steel crossguard with integrated muzzle ring and functional pommel locking mechanism.

 Scabbard: Original black molded synthetic scabbard with internal retention clip.
