19" Hawk Bill/Bill Hook Colombian Military Surplus Machete

Howdy gunpost. I have another Colombian machete here for sale. 

This is a bill hook style machete. There is more weight at the end of the blade to assist in cutting and the shape assists in grabbing brush or whatever you're trying to cut. In much the same way a sickle does. 

These are made out of a tough and flexible stainless steel. The blade on this is 19 in long, the handle is 5 in, making the overall length 24 in. The blade just comes with a factory rough beveled edge they are not sharp. You can give this a sharp edge with an angle grinder, a bench grinder, or simply a file. 

This has some sort of light colored hardwood handles. And on this particular example, either the riveting on the bottom rivet was done correctly or the wood has warped and pulling away a little bit from the base of the blade as pictured. And there is a small crack on that side of the handle in the wood. If you put some wood glue in there and wrap the thing with paracord I'm sure it would last forever.
