These Models 6040 and 6050 are hard to find--especially in this kind of shape! Only 4,500 were produced. They were not numbered. Top to Bottom:

Early 70's. 440 Series Stainless Steel blade with jimping on top edge.
Solid brass guard. Full tang construction with extended tang lanyard hole at butt end.
Nice Brazilian Rosewood Handle --no cracks or chips. Excellent general-purpose fishing and camp knife  . Made in USA
