Spyderco Bushcraft UK / Maple Burl / 01 Steel  / New in Box / Collector knife

This is an odd ball I picked up 15-16 years ago as a "Factory Second" as they ended this run due to a defect in the maple burl handle material they had used which developed cracks due to a poor stabilization process.  They started them up again with a G10 handle which they discontinued in 2019.  This knife has those cracks but they have not moved in the 15 years I  have had this knife in a drawer.  

Its new in box, never used.  01 steel, full scandi grind.   Still covered in the Linseed oil it shipped with.
