German SA Dagger Rarer Maker NO Scabbard

Ernst Pack & Sohne of Solingen.
A fairly rare maker but no scabbard and I’m suspicious a tiny bit of tip missing . Anyways $895 instead of $1400 ++ . Shows evidence of some polishing . Was it done when the makers tribute was ordered removed ? Or after ?
Measures. blade 216+- and OAL 344 +- including “ nut “
The guard pommel cap , eagle are NOT magnetic and from oxidization inside ( see pics ) some greenish “tarnish “ . Wood to metal fit is very good and eagle set in quite well . ( looked under magnify glass . Pitting or a rough at any rate grip shank , couldn’t get a great pic of it but there is a C/A ? Stamp .
The "Nm" stands for Nordmark, which is the Group Mark. Means it was from the Schleswig-Holstein State
