(USA - NSA to CDN Publication & Printing Division label attached).  Offered is a Rigid Fiberglass/composite, waterproof transport or transit case.  Spring-loaded over-center latches (x6) clamp a weatherstrip seal lid to base.  
Interior equipped with rubber cushioned rails for unknown intended contents.
