Contest Official Rules
1 air pistol is the prize for this contest. The winner must be a resident of Canada, and at least 18 years of age. The prize will only be shipped to a Canadian address. Shipping cost is the responsibility of the winner. The determined shipping fee must be paid by the winner before we ship out the prize.
Since the winner will be notified by an email sent to the email address that the participant provides in the survey, the winner must respond to that email within 10 days. If the participant does not respond within 10 days of email notification, the prize will be forfeited and we will draw another winner to claim the prize. Please note that the winner's name and Province will be announced publicly on social media etc.(Strictly for the purpose of showing the public that we did in fact award the prize.).
We CANNOT give this prize to someone who does not meet all of the above criteria. If we draw a name and the winner does not fit the above criteria, or if unresponsive to email within the 10 days, the prize is forfeited and we will draw another name and award the prize to the next person who meets the above criteria.

Two other factors that will disqualify you from winning even if we draw your name:
1. If we have ever banned you from using our website, or our social media, and the ban has not been lifted.
2. If you are caught spamming our contest entry form with multiple email addresses, or fake email addresses. (Using your referral link to gain bonus entries and having other people enter using your link is the only acceptable way to gain multiple entries.)

The name and email address that you provide in the questionnaire will be used to contact you if you win. So you may want to check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive a welcome email from us within minutes of entering our contest. Remember that if we cannot contact you within 10 days of the draw, we will have to draw another name and give the prize to another participant. So it is in your best interest to enter your best email, and add us to your address book.
Please note that the answers submitted in the survey are used for GunPost's market analysis, and GunPost will NEVER share your personal information to any third parties. With the exception of the winner's name and Province being announced after the draw, strictly for the purpose of showing the public that we did in fact award the prize.
Please also note that the name and email address that you provide in the survey will also be added to our own GunPost emailing list where we send out our newsletters, and exclusive promotional offers for firearms and related products.
