SKS Speed loader

My gift to the community!

Couldn't find a speed loader for SKS, so I modified an existing one for Type81 to work with Promag magazines.

Tested and works with both metal and polymer magazines (using SKS stripper clips)

Big shoutout to Hasegawa Yamato for the original file I modified.
