Factory Pinned to 10 rounds per that wonderful RCMP bulletin on dual-use magazines between rifle/pistol, I cannot respond to any questions on the legality of pinned rimfire magazines, but this one is pinned and will be delivered pinned. It is brand new, unused, feedlips are unscathed.
Per Bill C-21, magazines may only be sold to someone who holds a valid PAL. This just came into effect with C-21 so you will be required to have a valid (non-expired) PAL to buy this, and if not meeting up local, I will need to do a vid call with you to check your PAL is not expired.
