SBI C-71 receiver for Ruger 10/22

SBI C-71 Receiver with barrel V-Block and screws in orange. Compatible with Ruger 10/22 parts. 
Was mounted but never fired. Has a blemish by one of the trigger pin holes (seen in pic #1) but not seen when assembled. Otherwise like brand new.
